Watermelon Rush

Fresh, light and low cal drink that is an easy treat to beat the summer heat! All you need is a blender to whip up this watermelon recipe.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of watermelon cubes without seeds
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • A squirt of lemon
  • A few mint leaves
  • Ice

Method

  • Add 3 cups of watermelon cubes in the blender
  • Pour in 1 cup of coconut water (or plain water)
  • Add a few mint leaves and a squirt of lemon juice
  • Blend
  • Add ice and serve
