Ingredients
- 3 cups of watermelon cubes without seeds
- 1 cup coconut water
- A squirt of lemon
- A few mint leaves
- Ice
Method
- Add 3 cups of watermelon cubes in the blender
- Pour in 1 cup of coconut water (or plain water)
- Add a few mint leaves and a squirt of lemon juice
- Blend
- Add ice and serve
